Rajpal Yadav Reflects on Legal Battle and Family Support After Interim Bail
Actor Rajpal Yadav, who was recently granted interim bail in a cheque bounce case, travelled to Uttar Pradesh with his wife, Radha Yadav, to attend his niece’s wedding. The celebrations in Shahjahanpur saw the actor fully immersed in family moments, with several videos from the event going viral on social media.
In a recent conversation with Hindustan Times, the couple spoke candidly about the legal challenges they are currently facing and how they are coping during this phase.
Radha Yadav shared that while Rajpal has secured interim bail, the case is still ongoing. She emphasised that they are approaching the matter patiently and responsibly. “We are taking it one step at a time,” she said, acknowledging that legal matters require both effort and timing.
Reflecting on his time in prison, Rajpal admitted that being separated from his family was the toughest part of the experience. “The most difficult part was staying away from my loved ones,” he said. “Other than that, I accepted the routine. I would wake up early, practise breathing exercises, and focus on maintaining mental balance.”
Speaking about the prolonged legal process, the actor noted that the matter has been ongoing for several years. He maintained that addressing it through proper legal channels was the right approach. Radha further added that every respectful and lawful option had been explored. “Sometimes resolution is not just about willingness; it also depends on timing,” she explained.
Following his release, Rajpal went directly to his niece’s wedding, describing the moment as deeply emotional. Being surrounded by family after a challenging period brought him comfort and gratitude. “That time with my loved ones meant everything after such a difficult phase,” he shared.
Although the couple did not disclose the names of industry colleagues who reportedly helped in settling the loan amount, Rajpal expressed sincere appreciation for the support he received. He highlighted the importance of faith and goodwill from audiences, colleagues, and well-wishers. “For someone like me, respect, time, and being heard matter more than anything else,” he said.
Radha echoed his sentiments, adding that the encouragement they received—both publicly and privately—has been meaningful. “We are thankful for every gesture of support,” she said.
The couple continues to focus on resolving the matter legally while embracing family moments and moving forward with patience and gratitude.
